Established in 2003, The Shack is the original and longest standing Steakhouse in Koh Samui, sat right in the middle of the quaint and famous Fisherman’s Village in Bophut. With it’s unique open, charcoal grill and ‘Rhythm n Blues’ theme, The Shack’s relaxed environment will give you a high quality, unique dining experience.
The Shack only imports the highest grade of Australian and Japanese beef from Award Winning Farms offering various cuts of Steak, ‘Cut to size’, prepared and grilled to your liking by our expert grillardins. Our beef is halal certified, just like the majority of imported meat available on Koh Samui and across Thailand. Halal certification is a standard used by many international meat suppliers and ensures strict requirements for hygiene, quality and handling. Regardless of certification, we are committed to sourcing high-quality meat and treating ingredients with care and respect.
Besides Steak, The Shack’s Menu boasts 250g Burgers, Australian Lamb Chops, Pork, Chicken, Ribs, French Oysters, Maine Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Japanese Tuna & Scallops and not to mention our Mighty Tomahawk sharing Steaks that range from 1.2kg to 2.5kg and make the ultimate sharing platter available through our ‘Specials Menu’ inhouse.
